1. About Travel Morocco Safari

Travel Morocco Safari is a Morocco travel agency offering private tours,
tailor-made itineraries, desert trips, cultural experiences, day trips,
transportation services, and guided travel experiences across Morocco.

2. Booking a Tour

A booking is considered confirmed only after we have agreed on the itinerary,
travel dates, price, inclusions, and payment terms. Some services may require
a deposit to secure hotels, transport, guides, camps, and other arrangements.

3. Prices and Inclusions

Tour prices depend on the itinerary, number of travelers, accommodation level,
season, transport type, and included services. The final confirmed price will
clearly mention what is included and excluded before payment.

4. Payments

Payment methods and deposit amounts will be shared with the client before
confirming the reservation. Any bank fees, transfer fees, or currency exchange
charges are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation conditions may vary depending on hotels, camps, guides, transport,
and the season. If you need to cancel your tour, please contact us as soon as
possible. Refunds, when applicable, will depend on the cancellation date and
the policies of our suppliers.

6. Changes to the Itinerary

We do our best to follow the agreed itinerary. However, changes may be necessary
due to weather conditions, road closures, local events, safety concerns, hotel
availability, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer
the best possible alternative.

7. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is not included unless clearly stated. We strongly recommend
that all travelers have valid travel insurance covering medical emergencies,
cancellations, lost luggage, delays, and personal accidents.

8. Traveler Responsibility

Travelers are responsible for having valid passports, visas if required,
travel documents, personal medication, and suitable clothing for their trip.
Travelers must also respect local customs, laws, culture, guides, drivers,
and accommodation rules.

9. Accommodation and Transport

Accommodation and vehicle types will be arranged according to the confirmed
package. In rare cases, if a hotel, riad, or camp becomes unavailable, we may
replace it with a similar or better option whenever possible.

10. Limitation of Liability

Travel Morocco Safari is not responsible for delays, losses, injuries, expenses,
or changes caused by events outside our control, including weather, strikes,
road conditions, flight delays, government restrictions, illness, accidents,
or force majeure events.

11. Website Content

The information on our website is provided for general travel guidance. We try
to keep all details accurate and updated, but tour descriptions, prices,
availability, and services may change without prior notice.

12. Photos and Marketing

Photos on our website are used to represent Morocco travel experiences. Actual
hotels, camps, landscapes, meals, and activities may vary depending on the
itinerary, season, and availability.

13. Privacy

Any personal information shared with us, such as your name, email, phone number,
travel dates, and tour preferences, will be used only to answer your inquiry,
prepare your itinerary, and manage your booking.
